Associate / Assistant Sales Manager
Role Overview
You support the sales team by identifying potential clients, onboarding new investors, and assisting in achieving sales targets. You maintain client records and ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients, guiding them through early investment decisions.
- Assist senior managers in executing sales strategies and preparing pitch materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.
- Resolve client queries for improved satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years in sales, financial consulting, or client services.
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, insurance, and investment products
- Excellent interpersonal skills; willingness to pursue SEBI/NISM certifications
