By accessing the platform—whether via web or mobile—you agree to abide by these terms, which cover trading, account management, and platform usage. Opzioni operates under SEBI regulations and facilitates trading across BSE, NSE, MCX along with depository services via CDSL and NSDL.
2. Disclaimer
All investment decisions made through the platform are solely the responsibility of the user. Opzioni acts as a facilitator and does not offer personalized financial advice. Users are encouraged to consult independent professionals before making any investment decisions. Opzioni disclaims liability for any losses incurred due to reliance on platform content or third-party materials.
3. Account Registration
To access trading services, users must complete a registration process, which includes document verification and compliance checks. Aadhaar-based registration is available only to resident individuals with linked mobile numbers. All submitted data is subject to validation and cannot be edited once fetched from official KYC sources.
4. Security & Authentication
Each user receives unique login credentials and must maintain strict confidentiality. The platform employs two-factor authentication (2FA) in compliance with SEBI guidelines. Users are responsible for all activity under their credentials and must report any unauthorized access immediately.
5. Account Modifications
Users must ensure the accuracy of any updates to personal or banking details. Any discrepancies or errors must be reported promptly. Changes affect both trading and demat accounts and may have financial implications.
6. Market Data Usage
Real-time market data is shared only for platform-related activities and must not be repurposed. Opzioni may distribute delayed data for educational purposes, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
7. Order Execution
Orders placed via the platform are considered valid and binding. Opzioni is not liable for errors in order placement or delays in execution. Market conditions and exchange systems may affect order fulfilment, and users must await confirmation before assuming execution.
8. Trading & Settlement
Executed trades are confirmed via electronic contract notes. Users must verify all trade details and report discrepancies within 24 hours. Opzioni is not responsible for delays or errors originating from exchanges or technical disruptions.
9. Margin Requirements
Users must maintain sufficient margin—cash or securities—as determined by Opzioni. Failure to meet margin obligations may result in liquidation of positions. Margin securities may be revalued and adjusted at Obzioni’s discretion.
10. Account Maintenance
All payments must originate from registered accounts. Securities must be delivered on time, and any delays may result in penalties. Opzioni reserves the right to withhold pay-outs in case of outstanding dues.
11. Mutual Fund Investments via App
It is an order collection interface for mutual fund transactions routed through Respective AMCs. Execution is not guaranteed and may be affected by technical or financial issues. Funds are debited directly from the user’s bank account
12. Fees & Charges
Brokerage, transaction fees, and applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing rates and may be revised. Users will be notified of any changes via registered communication channels.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
Opzioni may suspend or terminate services for violations of terms or applicable laws. Users lose access upon termination and may appeal through the grievance redressal mechanism.
14. Representations & Warranties
Users affirm that they are legally eligible to trade, that all submitted information is accurate, and that they understand the risks of online trading. Opzioni confirms compliance with regulatory standards.
15. © Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on the platform are proprietary to Opzioni. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
15. User Content & Conduct
Users are responsible for any content they post and must ensure it complies with legal and ethical standards. Opzioni reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

External links on the platform are provided for convenience. Opzioni does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Opzioni against losses arising from unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, or breach of terms.
19. Investment Advice
No content or communication from Opzioni should be construed as investment advice. Any recommendations are personal opinions and not endorsed by the company.
20. Promotional Programs
Opzioni may run promotional initiatives. Participation is subject to specific terms, and misuse may result in disqualification.

Platform services are provided “as is.” Opzioni does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for indirect damages. Communication may be sent via various channels and is deemed delivered unless proven otherwise.
25. Grievance Redressal
Complaints may be directed to the Compliance Officers listed in the document. All grievances are tracked, analysed, and resolved within stipulated timelines.
26. Notice
Official communications may be delivered via email, post, or other accepted methods. Users must ensure their contact details are up to date.
27. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Orissa High Court Arbitration Centre (OAC) in Cuttack, India
