Role Overview
As a senior client-facing professional, you lead sales initiatives, manage high-value client portfolios, and drive revenue growth. You cultivate lasting relationships with both retail and HNI clients, educating them on investment products and representing the firm at industry events and forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior sales associates.
- Educate clients on investment products such as mutual funds, equities, insurance, and fixed income.
- Represent the firm at industry events, investor meets, and Startup India forums.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in financial services, wealth management, or sales leadership.
- Deep understanding of investment products and SEBI/NISM regulations.
- Proven leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools.
